Pokémon TCG Live coming soon for mobile and desktop platforms

The Pokémon Company recently announced Pokémon Trading Card Game Live and gave a sneak peek on their official YouTube channel. Not many details were given during the trailer, but the trading card game is expected to be released on mobile devices for Android and iOS, as well as for desktops including PC and Mac.

According to the information on the official Pokémon TCG website, players can add cards to their collection by scanning code cards or buying booster packs in-game, as well as participating in daily quests, among other things. This allows players to create their own custom high-performance decks that they can use to battle trainers around the world. The game will appear in a variety of languages, including English, French, German, Italian, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese, to give Poké fans everywhere an even more immersive experience.

The Pokémon TCG was originally launched in March 2011 as a browser-based game under the name “The Pokémon Trainer Challenge. “The game was then restarted as Pokémon Trading Card Game Online in May 2012 and was developed by Dire Wolf Digital. Now, 9 years later, Pokémon trainers will experience another relaunch of the digital trading card game.
