Although the College of the Canyons fall semester began on August 23, our solid class schedule offers a variety of options for new and returning students. In fact, more than 400 short-term courses in popular subject areas are still open!
Whether you want to take a course to get ahead in your job, learn a skill that will get you started on a new career, or graduate faster, a short term course can help you achieve your goal.
We have worked hard to create a class schedule that reflects the different needs of our students. To this end, many of the 5- and 8-week short-term courses begin in September, October, and November and are offered in person, online, or in hybrid formats.
Short-term tuition gives you the flexibility to start lessons at different times during the semester and finish them in less time than a traditional 16-week tuition. And you can fill the gap if you stay outside for a year!
New and returning students can benefit from the wide range of courses offered in subjects such as anthropology, business, counseling, communication, culinary arts, dance, English, history, math, photography, and sociology. Registration for short-term courses remains open until the courses are full.
Whether you want to take an online course or sign up for a personal course at our Valencia or Canyon Country locations, there is still time to get started. We’re ready to help you get back on track with a course this fall!
