Toyota introduces the “Customer Connect Program 2.0” service initiative


– Customers can take advantage of the vehicle warranty extension, free maintenance services and the SMILES service package

– The extension is valid for up to one month

Toyota Kirloskar Motor has introduced the “Customer Connect Program 2.0” for all of its customers. The after-sales initiative of the automobile manufacturer aims to offer its customers maintenance benefits in the form of an extension of the vehicle warranty and a warranty extension paid for by the customer, as well as extended free maintenance services and prepaid service packages.

In addition to this program, Toyota also offers “Toyota Bactaklenz”, a non-chemical fumigation treatment at a special price for Toyota and non-Toyota vehicles. For additional convenience, the brand has also introduced contactless service booking, where vehicle owners can book their service appointments using the TConnect mobile app, WhatsApp or the official website. In order to make the entire process as contactless as possible, there is also the option of choosing a pick-up and delivery service.

It should be noted that in the event of loss of warranty or service, owners can take advantage of the extension of these programs for up to one month. However, this only applies in states and cities that have lockdown and movement restrictions.
